Bryan Benner & Václav Fuksa

Together with Czech guitar virtuoso Václav Fuksa, the duo is celebrating the richness of the Neapolitan art song tradition. Their program goes beyond a tribute to the legendary duo Fausto Cigliano and Mario Gangi, whose arrangements serve as the foundation for their music; it is a vibrant and passionate reimagining of the colorful musical heritage of Napoli. → Video

Kindred Spirits and chamber music

Bryan enjoys collaborating with chamber musicians, especially clarinet professor and composer Christoph Zimper. They have crafted several ensemble programs that seamlessly integrate Bryan's original compositions with iconic works of chamber music.

The program “Eine Sommerreise/A Summer’s Journey” features the talented young cellist Antonia Straka and guitarist Václav Fuksa including a newly arranged version of Schubert’s renowned Arpeggione Sonata for two guitars and cello. → Video
